Drama Desk Nominees Cocktail Party at Il Bastardo Ristorante, 191 Seventh Avenue (between 21st & 22nd Streets) Nominees attend this reception to....

• Receive their Nomination Certificates from the Drama Desk
  
• Meet the PRESS to celebrate and promote their nomination
  
• Draw their “sketch contribution” to the Drama Desk Art*Kives™
  
• Enjoy the food samplings from the kitchen of Il Bastardo
  
• Enjoy  Legend of Kremlin Vodka and Wines courtesy of  Beaulieu Vineyard
  
• Receive a congratulatory gift courtesy of Awards associate producer-Joseph Callari of  Callari Engravers

• A double-decker Gray Line/ NY Sightseeing bus will be available to shuttle party attendees to Il Bastardo Ristorante. The bus will leave from the bus stop located in front of the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Broadway, North of W48th Street.

Executive Producer’s Reception Honoring the Nominees at Rouge Tomate, 10 East 60th Street (just east of 5th Avenue).  . 
Special Ticket Required For This By Invitation Only Event (Invitees will have ticket to this party in their awards ticket envelope).

5:45 PM

A special double-decker Gray Line/ NY Sightseeing bus will be available to shuttle VIP pre-party attendees to the pre-show party at Rouge Tomate.   The bus will leave from the bus stop located in front of the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Broadway, North of W48th Street.  

7:15 PM to 8:15 PM

Grey Line /NY Sightseeing double-decker busses will shuttle VIP party attendees from the Rouge Tomate to the Red Carpet at the Concert Hall where one can stop at the InViolet Repertory Theatre  General Reception before taking their seat in the Concert Hall starting at 8:30pm.

8:00 PM to 8:45 PM

Red Carpet arrivals for Nominees, Special Award Winners, Presenters and VIPs at Concert Hall entrance @ West 65th and Amsterdam Avenue

7:30 PM to 8:30 PM

InViolet Repertory Theatre  General Reception will take place in the Lobby of the LaGuardia Concert Hall @ Lincoln Center (F.H.LaGuardia H.S. of Music & Art and Performing Arts), 100 Amsterdam Avenue @ corner of W.65th Street.  There will be music, Coke Zero, Vitamin Water and edibles.

9:00 PM to 11:15 PM

The 54th  Annual Drama Desk Awards at the LaGuardia Concert Hall @ Lincoln Center (F.H.LaGuardia H.S. of Music & Art and Performing Arts) Hosted by Harvey Fierstein.  TICKET REQUIRED.

11:15pm (or at conclusion of show)

Grey Line /NY Sightseeing double-decker busses will shuttle VIP party attendees from the Concert Hall back to the Post-Show Reception at Rouge Tomate (10 East 60th Street) .
